Corporate Legal Secretary The candidate should have 4 years recent experience with corporate transaction documents in an in-house or law firm setting. This position will provide administrative support for 5 attorneys. Must be computer intuitive, motivated and detail oriented with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment. Excellent grammar, proof reading, and transcription skills as well as advanced proficiency with Word, Outlook, document management applications and typing speed of 65 wpm required
