Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury law firm. This is a dynamic position that is responsible for assisting with the representation of the plaintiffs in personal injury matters that go into litigation. Duties include all aspects of the case including critical analysis of the case as a whole, drafting and filing pleadings with the court, tracking and meeting deadlines, significant and meaningful client interaction and maintenance of the file as a whole (including medical support.) Two years of previous personal injury litigation is preferred but an outstanding background in litigation would be considered. Experience assisting in Court during trial is also a plus.
