Real Estate Practice Attorney Candidate's responsibilities include the following as needed for real estate and corporate transactions ; (a) reviewing title, survey, leases and other due diligence deliverables; (b) coordinating with title companies, surveyors and other transaction parties; and (c) drafting and reviewing closing documents. Admittance in Illinois is preferred. Experience in real estate purchases, sales, financing, and leasing is required. Experience in representing lenders, equity investors and developers is preferable.
