Trust & Estates and Tax Paralegal at Flaster Greenberg Law Firm Flaster Greenberg Law Firm is looking for an experienced Trust & Estates and Tax Paralegal to join their team. This person can be virtual or located in their Florida, Philadelphia or Cherry Hill office. This role will be responsible for providing legal assistance to attorneys in administering estates/trusts; assisting with related tax and plan administration filings and documents; and client case management. Job Duties and Responsibilities The Trust & Estates and Tax Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal assistance to attorneys in the following areas: * Probate and administration of multiple estates and trusts * Drafting estate plan and probate documents * Preparation of fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts, and inheritance and/or estate tax for Florida, NJ and PA * Preparation of estate tax returns (Form 706), US gift tax returns (Form 709) and other tax filings (Form 1041) * Preparation of estate and tax accounting Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will possess: * Minimum 3 - 5+ years of related experience * High level of organization, self-direction, and attention to detail * Ability to handle extensive client contact, manage all tax deadlines, and manage multiple priorities * Solid technical skills, including experience with Excel, Lacerte Tax Programs, and One Source Accounting Program Salary and Benefits Flaster Greenberg Law Firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to build your legal career by working with top attorneys in the legal community.
