Litigation Medical Malpractice Paralegal The Candidate is responsible for Case Management and trial prep; E-Filing of court documents. Client contact, preparation of discovery motions, drafting Bills of Particulars, discovery responses and processing medical authorizations. Manage multiple projects and cases concurrently. Assist Attorney's with administrative projects as needed. Must have 3+ years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
