Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will work closely with legal staff and clients to support the firm. The ideal candidate will be a "full spectrum" business immigration attorney with meaningful portable business who can do PERM applications as well as other business immigration, specifically E-1, E-2, L-1 and L Blanket petitions. The attorney will exercise high degree of technical competence and administration ability. The position will require an ability to manage a large case load. License to practice law in the U.S. required. 2 years of employment-based immigration attorney experience focusing E and L visas plus PERM applications required. Excellent grammar, proofreading and legal writing skills required. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Eimmigration, and a document management system required. Should possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail. Note: Contract job.
