Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience to work on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions and draft and negotiate purchase agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, retention agreements, separation agreements, and other agreements in corporate deals. May spend a portion of time on advice and counseling, executive compensation matters, employment litigation, and training. Superlative academic and large law firm experience is preferred.
