Immigration Paralegal (PERM) Duties: Under the supervision of an attorney, will provide support for preparation and filing of PERM labor certifications, employment-based immigrant visa petitions, and related adjustment of status applications. Will handle all stages of the PERM labor certification process, such as preliminary review; prevailing wage research, filing and troubleshooting; assisting clients with the recruitment process and preparing recruitment reports; drafting and filing ETA Form 9089. The candidate should have PERM high-volume case management experience, and possess exceptional judgment and analytical skills. Must have a drive for results, works well in ambiguous situations, is detailed-oriented, has the ability to manage multiple tasks, and ability to prioritize and reprioritize as needed to meet challenging deadlines.
