Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Provide legal representation to individuals on civil matters including representation in court appearances. Conduct thorough consultations with clients and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies. Supervise the work of paralegals in recordkeeping and document preparation. Preparing documents (Scan, Copy, Upload) in client's file. Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality. Drafting motions, orders, judgments, and status updates. Qualifications: Admission to the Bar in the state of New York which needs to practice. Must have 3 years of experience or expertise is required. Excellent bilingual verbal communication skills between clients and attorneys. Work independently, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to multi-task. The ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
