Litigation Attorney Candidate will be preparing pleadings, handling discovery (including e-discovery), researching and writing motions, assisting in depositions, and trial preparation in office. Practice areas include general commercial litigation, employment/labor, intellectual property, media/entertainment, real estate, tech and other areas. Knowledge of New York and Federal Procedure is desired. Must be attorney with a few years of experience as well as more seasoned litigators who simply enjoy the process. Strong independent writing and communication skills desired. New York admission is required.
