Real Estate and Corporate Transactional Attorney The candidate will analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for business and real estate transactions. Review, draft and revise business contracts, leases, and entity organizational and governance documents. Respond to legal inquiries from clients. Conduct closings for residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as purchase and sale of businesses. Desire to learn and practice all areas of transactional law is a must. Must be admitted to practice law with 2 years of prior relevant experience preferred; Bar License; excellent Spanish, verbal and written, is required. Must be able to draft and finalize a variety of corporate documents for business transactions.
