Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work directly with the lead Attorney of their division on all aspects of pre-suit injury law. Should have 3+ years experience working in a Plaintiff s personal injury law firm with the ability and experience to take a file from intake through the demand phase. Spanish speaking is a plus. Experience with Aderant (ATO) is a plus.
