Paralegal - Civil Litigation The candidate will assist in the defense of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and other tort claims with the potential of also assisting in the defense of workers compensation claims and some minimal administrative tasks. Responsibilities include summarizing and analyzing medical records and discovery; social media and other background investigation; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; communicating with clients; coordinating with experts; and overall case management of litigation files.2+ years of North Carolina litigation experience. A bachelor's degree is required and candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products.
