Law Firm is looking for an experienced Part-Time Immigration Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate must have: At least 1 year of experience in family-based immigration Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to speak/read/write Vietnamese Excellent communication skills Legally authorized to work in the US High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree (2 years), Bachelor's degree (4 years) or paralegal certificate Experience preparing/filing family-based immigration and visa applications for adjustment, consular processing cases, VAWA, removal of conditions with emphasis on waivers The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for client files including obtaining documents, preparing forms and applications for filing with USCIS, NVC. The candidate must also be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. This is a part-time position (25-30 hours/week) with a possibility of full-time employment. The pay is competitive and will depend on experience.
