Firmwide Paralegal Program Communications Manager The candidate will be charged with developing and executing the paralegal program's internal firmwide communications initiatives and strategy through various channels, working closely with the Firmwide Directors of Paralegal Program and the Senior Directors of Administration. Will help align and connect firmwide paralegal program with drafting newsletters, announcements, and strategic senior leadership communications. Will be responsible for project management of firmwide paralegal program initiatives and communication regarding the same. Will create and deliver compelling and cohesive narratives to support key initiatives within the paralegal program providing a regular cadence of C-level content. Utilize the latest technology including possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills. Write, proofread and/or edit firm-wide communications and announcements, talking points, presentations, plans and special projects. Build narratives and key messages around key issues and announcements to help guide communications execution. Introduce innovative thinking into existing and future plans, consider new uses for old channels, reuse existing content, and be open to creating new forms of communications. Provide expert internal communications to senior leaders and attorneys within the firm. In conjunction with Firmwide Paralegal Directors and Global Support Leads, will develop project plans for firmwide and local paralegal initiatives including training, retention and recruitment efforts. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree in related field preferred. Must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience working in communications field. Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, plus the ability to generate creative ideas are needed.
