Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist one of Senior Attorneys on all cases, ranging from initial pleadings to trial. Duties Include: Preparing & Filing complaints, pleadings, motions & briefs; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Calendaring hearing dates & all deadlines including trial dates; Coordinating depositions for Trials, IME, & CMC; Trial Preparation, Trial Binders, FSC Docs; Minors' Compromises. The candidate must have 2-5 years of Litigation/Personal Injury Experience. Must have Bilingual (English & Spanish). Must have extensive knowledge of court procedure, and personal injury. Must be proficient in Google Calendar & all Microsoft programs.
