Debt Resolution Paralegal The candidate will assist the attorneys in drafting papers; communicating with clients; handling firm operations and grow with the firm. Must have debt defense/debt settlement experience. Criminal Defense experience or litigation experience is a plus. Must be driven, committed and interested in furthering their career. Must be detail oriented, organized, and be able to handle a large case volume in an organized manner. Spanish is a plus.
