Case Manager Negotiator Paralegal-Personal Injury The candidate will be drafting Demand letters, making insurance claims for liability, uninsured, underinsured, medical payment, loss of use and property damage coverage, ordering and gathering medical records and bills, negotiating liens and other health care bills, negotiating subrogation claims made by health insurance, private disability insurance, AHCCCS, medicare, etc. negotiating personal injury settlements, as well as answering incoming calls, taking intakes and scheduling appointments. Must have experience negotiating personal injury settlements under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Bilingual skills are preferred.
