Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of recent, stable work history as a family law paralegal, preferably in a firm handling complex family law cases. Will also consider applicants who have 3 years of recent, stable work history in plaintiff's civil litigation. Previous prior responsibility must have included: all aspects of discovery and disclosure, case preparation for hearings and trials; and experience with direct client contact.
