Litigation Attorney Candidate will primarily litigate commercial auto and trucking cases, with an emphasis on rideshare, for Fortune 500 clients. Will also be expected that the candidate become familiar with the Florida Statutes relating to transportation network companies (TNC), the varying types of applicable insurance coverages available to them and Florida's uninsured and underinsured motorist statutes. Will manage his or her own cases from inception to trial, will have direct client and carrier contact and will assist senior associates and shareholders in these and other general liability cases. Cases will range from low impact, causation riddled accidents to catastrophic losses, including fatalities, involving multiple claimants. Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience. Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm.
