Part-time Legal Secretary/ Administrative Assistant The candidate must be able to perform secretarial tasks that are specific to commercial litigation: preparing and drafting legal documents, such as summonses, motions, exhibits, subpoenas, discovery demands and responses, certificates of services, affidavits/affirmations, and correspondence etc. & knowledge of e-filing litigation documents both in state (NYSCEF) and federal court (PACER). Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and assignments in a fast paced working environment and work well under pressure is required.
