Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: startup company formation and capital raising, private securities transactions, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund formation and compliance, and representation of clients in other complex transactional and regulatory matters. Excellent academic credentials are required. Must have 3+ years of experience as a corporate attorney, including experience in securities matters or mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience in a large law firm or respected boutique firm is required. Experience in private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, M&A and representation of clients in complex transactional and regulatory matters is preferred.
