Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responding to discovery and Propounding discovery. Drafting Complaints. Filing and Serving documents in LA County and some surrounding counties. Preparing deposition notices and expert demands. Medical records retrieval, police reports, MediCal/Medicare lien retrieval. Litigation calendaring and client handling/Heavy Phones. Performing demand writing. Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with Spanish fluency. Time management skills, be technologically literate, and have strong attention to detail is a prerequisite. Proficiency in MS Office is needed.
