Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in preparing legal documents, maintaining those documents, and organizing files. Will be providing attorneys with administrative support as well as office management. Should have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; the ability to work with limited supervision. Must be self-motivated and a quick learner; personable and self-confident with good communication skills (oral and written). Advanced Adobe Acrobat skills, including converting documents to MS Word, inserting and deleting pages, and adding text are required. Must have the ability to handle increasing amounts of responsibility.
