Commercial Litigation Attorney/Construction Law The candidate should have 3+ years' experience, will be highly motivated, independent thinking. Should have highly analytical with excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to argue in court. Will be working with clients, drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, negotiating contract terms, reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting depositions as well as appearing in court for conferences and motions. Juris Doctorate required. New York State Bar admission required. 3+ years of experience litigating in New York State Courts required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently required. Detail oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skill required. License: New York Bar Admission required. English required.
