Paralegal - Workers' Compensation Responsibilities: Will include: meeting with new clients, opening new files; requesting medical records; electronic filing with the workers compensation commission for new claims, scanning documents to case file, returning client calls, prepping files for hearings. The candidate should have 4+ years experience in the field of workers compensation. must have experience in litigation, creating, formatting appeals and briefs, and must have e-file experience. Working knowledge of Needles is a plus. Must be organized with an attention to detail, have good time management skills, work well with a Plaintiff style clientele and have a excellent attendance.
