Legal Secretary The candidate' will be responsible for providing support to our team of attorneys and paralegals in both our Village office locations. Should have exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; respect and desire exacting standards regarding file setup, organization, database management, unique workflow systems, and overall accuracy of work; Must have accurate proofreading skills with strong attention to detail; Should possess superior typing ability (70+ wpm) and editing skills, including spelling, punctuation and grammar; Should demonstrate highly proficient computer skills in the operation of PC computer software and legal applications, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, SmartDraw and ZolaSuite; Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Experience in a law firm preferred, but not required; California Notary Public license or willingness to obtain.
