Qualifications: Licensed attorney by the California State Bar; willingness to pursue the certification for State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills, & Probate (as described in Section 2.0 of the applicable State Bar standards) in the near future is preferred; knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws; 1-3 years experience in the area of Estate Planning and/or Trust Administration. Additional ongoing courses and continuing education programs in the area of Estate Planning. Exceptional knowledge of law pertaining to estate planning and settlement; strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication with both internal and external audiences; a detail-oriented mindset with patience and strong organization skills; computer literacy, with a willingness to learn new software and associated technology; an ability to adapt to change gleefully.
