Litigation Attorney (3+ yrs) The candidates must be experienced at handling commercial disputes in state, and federal and arbitration forums. Should have at least 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation in state and federal court. Applicants who have experience litigating disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code (pertaining to the sale of goods, warranties and other contract terms, commercial equipment, negotiable instruments) are preferred. Applicants should have superior written and communication skills, and a strong academic record.
