Paralegal The candidate will join plaintiff's firm. Only candidates with personal injury experience will be considered. Should preferably have experience with the following: filing pleadings and other documents with the court; Court rules and procedures; propounding and answering discovery; negotiating liens; drafting letters to opposing counsel; assisting in trial preparation; communicating with clients; working with other support staff to manage the firm's cases; collecting medical records; and Experience with case management software, specifically File Vine. Must speak and write Spanish fluently. Note : The position is part-time initially with an opportunity to become full-time.
