Paralegal The candidate will join the intake team and be primarily responsible for reviewing and summarizing medical records in medical malpractice and vaccine injury cases being considered for representation by the firm. Will conduct independent online medical research and prepare concise case summaries. Review, analyze and summarize medical records in medical malpractice and vaccine injury cases. Inspect incoming record sets for completeness and track same in Access database. Provide overflow support for intake purposes, which may involve telephone calls and emails with potential clients of the firm. Manage review of all incoming records for intake purposes, including assignment of cases to outside reviewers as warranted/needed due to volume. College degree preferred. Some education beyond high school (medical/legal/investigation-related especially useful). Experience with medical record review desired. Experience in medical, legal, or investigatory fields preferred.
