Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will primarily handle family-based immigration cases, with some immigration court work as needed. Duties include consulting with clients, drafting support letters and forms, reviewing filings, communicating with various government agencies, attending interviews or hearings with clients, drafting pleadings and appeals, supervising support staff, and attending community fora and seminars organized by the firm. Should have 2+ years of immigration law experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases. Must possess excellent analytical skills, great writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others. Must be highly ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred. Spanish fluency is preferred.
