Must have experience with or interest in the following: Drafting and responding to discovery; Motion practice, including preparation and argument; Case management and organization skills; Taking and defending depositions; Development and discovery of experts; Trial assistance; Business development. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
