Real Estate/Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will work in the following areas: estate planning, elder law, probate, estate, guardianship and trust administration, employment law, real estate, civil litigation and non-profits. Must have 2-3+ years' experience in real estate law and general civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate. Must be licensed in Ohio; a Kentucky or Indiana license is a plus. Must have excellent people, verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized, dependable and meet deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have ability to handle residential and commercial real estate closings.
