Paralegal Specialist The candidate work for workers' compensation and personal injury law firm. Communicate with clients' medical providers to request medical records and bills. Organize medical records, create exhibit lists, and prepare files for trial. Translate meetings and phone calls for English speaking attorneys. Talk to clients and advise them as to what is happening with their case. Assist in securing client benefits by communicating with insurance companies. Fee schedule medical bills. Interview new clients. Assist with client testimony review. The candidate should have Paralegal degree or a minimum of an associate's degree with law firm experience. Related college and business degrees will be considered. Must speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Should have excellent computer skills: typing, knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, etc.). Candidates with experience working in workers' compensation and/or personal injury are preferable, but such experience is not required.
