This firm is often at the top of the list of prominent Boston law firms. Large and growing, these lawyers are well-connected throughout the Boston area, and are looking to increase the reach of their influence. With beautiful offices (that seem to go on and on...) the lawyers here are generally quite happy with their practice. Why? At the associate level, lawyers are given a bit more responsibility than your average law firm lawyer, and depending on the practice group, given quite solid training and structured mentoring. Although the partners are increasingly conscious of the billable hours of their associates, they are generally accessible. In particular, several of the litigation partners bring in high level litigation work and remain very involved throughout to monitor and guide the associates participation.
Senior Paralegal, Tech Companies Duties: Support the delivery of quality legal services to clients by performing technical and clerical tasks that require accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills and computer proficiency. Will have representative duties which include the organization and maintenance of various corporate entities such as corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in addition to having expertise working within the Technology business sector. Ability to maintain or exceed 1600 billable hours annually including flexibility work OT as needed. Will have strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling a large volume of work with multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well independently and in a team oriented environment.
