Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and visa applications for corporate clients and families. Will arrange and compile DOL and CIS applications and supporting documents for filing. Responsible for all aspects of case management including organization, maintenance and regularly reviewing client files to make sure they are complete and up to date. Meeting strict internal and external deadlines. Presentation of case summaries and courses of action to supervising attorneys. Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws and procedures. Liaison with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, US Department of Labor. Addressing case status inquiries. Must have a Bachelor's Degree. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
