Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years experience in patent litigation, and at least some and patent prosecution experience. Prefer a technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or similar field, and USPTO registered (or eligible) technical life science degree. Must have strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills. Working experience with electrical technology, hardware, software, or networking/eCommerce would be a plus.
