Litigation Contract Attorney The candidate will representing clients in all stages of litigation, including but not limited to: preparing pleadings and motions (e.g. demurrers and summary judgment motions); drafting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; and effectively representing clients at court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence and memoranda; Interface with clients; Prepare discovery; review discovery; respond to discovery requests; prepare discovery meet and confer correspondence; Conduct and defend depositions; Prepare for and attend hearings; and Trial and trial preparation. Member of the California State Bar are required. 3-5 years' experience are required. Strong work ethic are required. Superior research and writing skills are required. Patience to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and quickly shifting from one situation or task to another are required. Excellent business judgment, interpersonal skills, and sound negotiation skills; and Generate high quality work product under tight deadlines are required.
