Junior Paralegal The candidate must have law firm experience and will be responsible for maintaining file organization, record management, file inventory, scanning documents, downloading documents from Outlook, handling service notices from the court, retrieving voicemail messages, preparing forms and correspondence, searching in databases for information and/or records and all other duties related to document and file management. A minimum of two (2) years of document maintenance experience in a legal professional services environment is preferred. Should have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel along with PDF programs. Applicants must have the ability and willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
