Legal Assistant/Paralegal Candidate will: Work on multi-faceted practice which includes: commercial, real-property, construction, condominium, partnership dispute, first-party & third-party insurance claims, and personal injury litigation, among other general civil litigation areas of law. Draft of pleadings, motions, responses, and discovery. Assist litigation team in client meetings, Court hearing presentations, depositions, and Trial Preparations. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
