Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. Should have superior typing/transcription skills (60 wpm); Excellent working knowledge of federal and circuit court e-filing, rules and procedures; Exceptional grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills; Strong verbal and written communication abilities; Meticulous organization; Ability to assist clients in person, via emails and via telephone; Ability to manage voluminous discovery documents; Proven ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks; Ability to work autonomously while remaining a team player; Professional, positive and detail-oriented approach to work and problem solving; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint; Knowledge of case management software is a plus.
