Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 1+ year of experience in some or all of the following areas: non-immigrant visa petitions; family based immigrant visa petitions and lawful permanent residency applications; consular processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications; employment based permanent residency applications; PERM Labor Certification applications; drafting responses to DOL and USCIS inquiries; representing clients in Immigration Court; and asylum proceedings and other humanitarian immigration benefits. J.D. degree from accredited law school and admission to Colorado Bar are required. Ability to speak foreign language preferred.
