Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense litigation claims. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia. Admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina a plus. 2+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience handling general liability, premises & product liability, transportation, property rights, employment litigation and insurance defense. Superior communication, writing, and research skills. Experience handling discovery and motions. Experience handling court appearances and depositions. Trial experience a plus. Legal project management experience is helpful.
