Research Technology Analyst The candidate will assist the Research & Information Services team in technology, marketing, communication, and training initiatives. Will be responsible for supporting information integration initiatives including the automated library system, intranet/portal, digital libraries, electronic resources, workflow solutions, knowledge management, and data communications on a firmwide basis. Will also be heavily involved in driving departmental brand presence, as well as integrating various technological solutions to research and information management challenges. Must have a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of related professional experience; law firm or professional services experience preferred. J.D. degree desired. Should have experience with training and development; experience with graphic design.Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Will be responsible for producing and filing case documents in Texas courts. Documents include post-judgment applications, executions, abstracts of judgment, and service documents. Will work with attorneys, courts, and team members on cases as they progress through all stages of litigation. Will report to Trial Attorneys; Completing service; E-filing documents on court websites; Extensive client contact; Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation-related documents; Maintain calendars; Handling cases in different stages of litigation while keeping up with strict timeline; Document, organize, and prepare a file for trial;; Able to draft requests and responses to discovery; motions, pleadings, demands and correspondence; Managing the day-to-day legal casework; Requesting Medical & Billing Records; Updating & entering client intake. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and multi-tasker who thrives on challenges and constantly seeks to be more efficient. Should have 5+ years experience in a fast-paced legal office environment with previous experience with related state court litigationl; High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent organizational, follow-up, and case management skills; Ability to work independently and appropriately manage priorities; Very strong communication skills--both written and verbal; Ability to use office machinery including copier, and scanner. Must be a fast learner and willing to pick up and do any task, and learn as you go; Attention to detail, demonstrated ability to perform under deadlines, and computer aptitude are absolute requirements.
