Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions (experience with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Exchange Act of 1934 is preferred). Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package.
