Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on daily telephone interaction with clients, drafting correspondence. Will be drafting pleadings, discovery and other legal documents. Drafting Freedom of Information Requests. Maintaining schedules and deadlines; completing subrogation process. Providing status updates to lien holders. Updating medical providers and tasks in case management system. Preparing medical record requests; organizing medical records and preparing medical record summaries; drafting settlement statements. Weekly trial roster search. Submitting check requests for case expenses and maintenance of client files. Four year degree and paralegal certification from an approved paralegal program preferred, along with at least 2-5 years of related work experience.
