Trademark Legal Secretary The candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and specialized trademark prosecution secretarial support to trademark attorneys and paralegals. Duties include: preparation of documents, creation and maintenance of e-rooms, processing of foreign associate invoices, handling incoming calls, creation and maintenance of files and e-files, internal/external calendaring of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement processing, records maintenance and all other administrative support for timekeepers including time entry, conflict checks, engagement letters, waiver letters and audit letter responses, etc. Must have 7+ years of experience as a secretary in a trademark practice and the ability to work overtime as needed. Fast and accurate typing with exhibited proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Worksite/iManage, Outlook, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat and other firm applications required. College degree is preferred.
