Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will be representing injury victims in nationwide. Will work primarily out of the Atlanta office, but will be required to travel throughout the State of Georgia. Duties : Draft demands; Draft complaints and other pleadings; Attend necessary depositions, mediation, and all other court dates. Should be licensed to practice in Georgia . Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in civil litigation. In addition, qualified applicants must be prepared to handle the case from the initial meeting with the client until the case is complete.
