Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense litigation claims. Handle court appearances and depositions. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Must have JD degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of Texas. Must have 2+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Litigation, Commercial and Products Liability, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice & Healthcare. Experience drafting discovery and motions a must. Experience handling court appearances, depositions and trial experience a plus. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
